Timothy Kutchaka

1924–

Timothy Kutchaka (1924– ) is a sculptor from Inukjuak (Port Harrison), Nunavik, Quebec. His subjects include animals, family life, and daily hunting and survival activities. Timothy’s wife, Louisa, is also a sculptor, and their son Jobie is an artist. 

Timothy’s work has been shown in exhibitions such as Port Harrison/Inoucdjouac at the Winnipeg Art Gallery from 1976 to 1977. His work can be found in the permanent collection at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, Vaughan, the Musée des beaux-arts de Montreal, the Canadian Guild of Crafts Quebec, Montreal, and the Winnipeg Art Gallery, among others.
