Noah Nowrakudluk

Noah Nowrakudluk (1916–1996) was a sculptor from Inukjuak (Port Harrison), Nunavik, Quebec. Noah was a casual carver who suffered a stroke in 1965, leaving only a few documented carvings. His work portrays scenes of motherhood, hunting, fishing, and animals, such as the walrus.
His sculptures can be found in the permanent collection at the Winnipeg Art Gallery and the McMaster Museum of Art, Hamilton, among others.
