Jack Gilbert Dale (1930–2016) was a Canadian artist, originally hailing from the hamlet of Beeton, Ontario. In 1970, he boldly decided to step back from curating and teaching to fully devote himself to his flourishing orthodontics practice. After discontinuing his curator position, he found a true passion and excelled in his newfound career, becoming a worldwide leader in orthodontics and inspiring excellence in his field. For over five decades, Dale thrived in the world of orthodontics, leaving an indelible mark on the profession until his passing on February 3, 2016, at the age of 86.
