Christine Aaluk Sivanertok

Christine Aaluk Sivanertok (1938– ) is an Inuit sculptor from Naujaat (Repulse Bay), Nunavut. Her carvings, made of stone, bone, and antlers, commonly feature birds, other arctic animals, and human figures.
Her work has been featured in exhibitions across Canada, such as Small Worlds: Inuit Miniature Carving at the Winnipeg Art Gallery from 2019 to 2020. Her work has also been also included in a number of public, private, and corporate collections, including the Canadian Museum of History, Gatineau, the Remai Modern, Saskatoon, the New Brunswick Museum, Saint John, the Toronto Dominion Bank Collection, the Winnipeg Art Gallery, and the National Museum of the American Indian, Washington, D.C., among others.
