Vincent Tangredi (1950– ) is an Italian born Canadian artist. He was among the first generation of artists in Toronto to work with image and text during the mid-1970s.
Tangredi's works often centre around subjective narratives concerning desire and conflict, which possess a dramatic intensity that engages the viewer.
Vincent Tangredi is mostly exhibited within Canada. Tangredi has been presented in the 5th Biennale of Sydney in 1984. Other important exhibitions were at Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal and the Art Gallery of York University.
