An "African mask" (more than likely based on a mask made for the tourist trade) is sketched out in neon. Colourful, and larger than life, it pulsates, dot dot dot ... dash dash dash ... dot dot dot ... . Reminiscent of morse code, it isn't actually saying anything, which echoes the form of the mask, made for tourists and not for actual use, it's meaning has become equivalent to its price on exchange.
